"The rooms were clean, there was a little mold in the shower, which a little spray of bleach would solve in a few minutes. But the whole place was comfortable, super clean. The staff always super friendly, the grounds were an amazing. The food was great, the location was perfect. We will be back next year , all ready planning. "

"We booked 4 nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a great stay! Property is gorgeous, staff is super friendly and helpful, we did some tours and a visit to Grecialandia (a must do!) in puerto plata and it was an easy drive about 45/50 minutes. It’s great to have a resort feel that also feels like home. Having a full kitchen is a game changer and the apartment was much bigger than it appeared in the photos, which we appreciated. Will definitely be back! "

"The entrie from Vanessa, Melissa and Angela; in addition to the staff Francisco and Noel alsoJose were genuinely warm hostility that was so outstanding with just the environment..It make the stay tranquility at the supreme atmosphere.. And the room was clean and the pool with view of the beach,makes quietly same an ordinary words. I recommend and will continue to stay there.. 1 was there for 5 or 6 days.. Enjoy every moment. "The safe in the rooms is not really safe. The cleaning staff have the key to the safe. Therefore, not safe to leave jewelry in the room.The room did not have consistent hot water.Breakfast is "included" but not really. A coffee refill? extra charge. Eggs? extra chart. Add avocado or get juice? extra charge. its not really a free breakfast. Felice was very lovely. Front desk also very helpful. Cleaning staff were kind and prompt. "We STRONGLY NOT recommend this Hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and it took hotel attendant more than 20 minutes to walk us one by one with the smallest umbrella ever to the reception area. Obviously we were drenched. We met the Owner that charged us an extra $100 dollars in cash for 2 rooms with AC because we had mistakenly reserved the rooms with no AC. The smaller rooms toilet and AC wasn’t working.
