"My stay at Kibayo was incredible from start to finish. This is place can only be described as a sanctuary, because that’s how it felt calm, beautiful, and peaceful. "We STRONGLY NOT recommend this Hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and it took hotel attendant more than 20 minutes to walk us one by one with the smallest umbrella ever to the reception area. Obviously we were drenched. We met the Owner that charged us an extra $100 dollars in cash for 2 rooms with AC because we had mistakenly reserved the rooms with no AC. The smaller rooms toilet and AC wasn’t working. The bigger room had a non working Jacuzzi and dirty sheets. There were only 2...

"Quiet place. Close to main restaurants and main beach. The beach area by the hotel is not inviting. The pools across the street had lots of dead bugs. No food on one side of the hotel. Rooms are big. They call them suites but they are just big rooms. Its good for a 2 or 3 day stay. "

"Outstanding place to stay. Close to the beach (2 min walk), and there is even a café next door. Tom, the owner, is so welcoming and the apparthotel is quiet, in pristine condition. I highly recommend this place!"
