"We came about this place when a vrbo was unexpectedly cancelled. We could not have been more happy. I believe we got one of the last rooms in London, but everything was great. When we checked out, the guy at the front desk made sure we knew what we were doing on the tube to get to the airport. Would definitely stay again."

"Great location for St Pancras and King's Cross stations. Asked for a wake up call they couldn't do that. Couldn't turn T.V off either by remote or on the set its self. Fire alarm went off at 3.45 so got the wake up call they couldn't offer. No offer of help from male reception staff with my case. Wasn't told about the lift There's quite a few steps to the front door. Poor staff service very unhelpful."

"Premier Inns are modern, clean, affordable, and strategically placed in right where you wanna be! They let you know at check in that rooms are only cleaned upon request. They have plenty of USB ports and outlets to charge all of your electronics. The ACs work very well and the staff is helpful. You can refill your coffee anytime down in the lobby. Bathrooms are stocked with large bottles of shampoo/body wash combos and plenty of towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.!"

"Had an enjoyable five night stay in June with a friend in one of the two twin bed rooms, facing the interior of the building, so very quiet, albeit a small space. Our room was ready for us when we arrived early, which was a huge bonus and very appreciated. We were here during a heatwave, so the air conditioning in the room was a true lifesaver. The "closet" was a wooden bar with four clothes hangers sticking straight out from the wall as you walk in the door. A note about our bathroom was that...

"The room is quite large; however, it has only ONE outlet and no USB ports. No A/C, only one fan, occupying the only outlet, so one must unplug the TV or the fan to use the outlet; we can't have another fan because there is no outlet to plug it in."
