The general appearance and decor of the property was good. Reception staff were helpful and as we had an early departure the next morning arranged a packed breakfast. The room however was small. If the bed was 6ft long the room can only be 7 ft wide, which made walking around the bed awkward avoiding furniture and the wall mounted TV. The bed itself wasn’t very comfortable (this is a personal opinion) . Sorry but we won’t book again

Great location close to restaurants, bars and public transport. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. There’s a fridge at reception where you can buy water and soft drinks. The room (in a annexe a short walk away) was small but very clean and the shower looked brand new, equipped with fresh, clean white towels and mini bottles of shampoo and shower gel as well as shampoo, shower gel and conditioner within the shower itself. Couldn’t work out the heating so should have asked about that as it was coldish at night. Sadly missed breakfast! Would definitely stay here again as it is very good value for money.

Zimmer war sauber und Handtücher wurden täglich hinterlegt. Wände waren ziemlich dünn, weshalb man vorgehen im Flur und über einen hören konnte, da aber nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbracht wurde war das nicht schlimm. Da wir im Untergeschoss untergebracht waren wurde es nachts ziemlich kalt, solange die Klimaanlage nicht vergessen wurde anzumachen, war das aber nicht schlimm. Das Frühstück war typisch englisch und sehr ausgiebig, von welchem man sehr satt wurde. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich bei Nachfragen und Bitten :) Für einen Trip nach London hat das Hotel eine Ideale Lage mit King’s Cross und Euston Station in unmittelbarer Nähe, weshalb ich es immer weiterempfehlen kann.

Great location, really good breakfast and nice atmosphere. We used it for a Eurostar stoppover, which was perfect, but if you want to do the same and have heavy cases then bear in mind there is no lift.

All good but a suggestion for the breakfast. Perhaps a little more of the continental option would be nice. Cold meat & cheese with bread rolls perhaps? Otherwise all very good.

All in all a perfectly fine place to stay. I only downside was the ground floor room I was in was adjacent to some sort of external plant room which was intermittently very noisy so not the best sleep! Double glazing would really help!

The room was clean and tidy with towels, hairdryer, TV, kettle, coffee machine. Bathrooms had bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast had lots of options, hot and cold. Pastries, cereals, toast hot full English breakfast options. They stored our bags for the whole day while we were out. Staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in online made the whole process on site alot quicker.

We were 4 female friends in 50s. Good location for visiting central london. 10-15 min walk to Kings Cross / St Pancras. Small but adequate rooms. Rating lowered due to twin room changed to a single on arrival and the double bed was pushed against the wall - not what we booked, wanted and uncomfortable in small space. No discount for this. Breakfast adequate but coffee machine broke. Seating in dining area old and torn. Having said that, staff were friendly and we would stay again emphasising we would want rooms as booked.

We stayed at The Judd for a few days this week…. Fabulous, quiet location about a 7 minute walk from kings cross and the same to Russell Square tube so super convenient! Our room ( G6) was very convenient and clean and our room was changed every day with new towels and bedding. My only other hopefully constructive comment was that this room could have been even lovelier with a lick of paint on the woodwork Breakfast was lovely!! Finally a huge shout out for all the lovely staff, from the reception to the breakfast room and housekeeping staff. You all work hard and are doing a great job…. Well done team. We will definitely stay here again!!

The room was cleaned daily. It was extremely small with no fridge. The bathroom was somewhat modern, but the shower was unnecessarily narrow. Not appropriate for a large person. I am fairly small, and even I had trouble soaping myself up in the shower. I think a heavy person would have to step out, lather up, and step back in! The first room I was in had an incredibly noisy machine running all night long. I complained and got a quiet room. The front desk staff was friendly and competent. The breakfast room staff were much less so.

We were in a lower ground room so the view from the window was limited, the room smelt slightly of damp and we were next to the laundry which caused a lot of doors opening and closing. None of these issues overwhelming but collectively distracting. On the upside the breakfast was excellent. In common with many hotels there is a gloopy check in system with check boxes to agree to conditions no-one is ever going to read. Overuse of IT in common with many others.

Recently refurbished hotel giving good value for money. Very friendly staff. Only one adverse comment - the bedroom sash windows let in a lot of cold air when closed and could do with being maintained. Only reason why I downgraded from 5 to 4 stars.

The room we were given looked nothing like the advertised room. It was below ground next to the kitchen. The bathroom door didn't open fully as the bed was too close as it was a tiny room. The bathroom smelt horrendous. The breakfast room was tiny, with people queuing next to our table. Being watched by queuing people isn't my idea of a relaxing breakfast.
