"Helpful staff"

"The room was terrible, the floor was coming apart and felt like we were going to walk through it, the ceiling had leak marks and a crack that went the length of wall to wall, the pull out bed had left over candy and crumbs from previous guests. The breakfast wasn’t all that, the kids loved the waffles but other than that it wasn’t to rave about- there was no fruit (apples, bananas, oranges etc) that you could take for a snack. The eggs were very basic with no flavor and barely any texture....

"This hotel was not great. Our room smelled like damp towels and the hotel in general was old and outdated looking. Front desk not very friendly. Would not recommend"

"We had a wonderful time. The hotel was just perfect. Staff was extremely friendly, the pool area was amazing and the breakfast had many options and was very fresh. Highly recommend!"

"Check in was easy and welcoming, room are big and they have family rooms, hotel very affordable, lots of maintenance needed (in our room, lights won’t come on and curtains was broken), we were there for one night before our cruise, we didn’t even bother requesting maintenance as they seemed to be understaffed. Overall, I will come again."

"There were hairs and blood under the covers. I had to call the lobby and have them change my room. I fell a little gross so didnt get under the covers in the 2nd room and didn’t sleep well!"
