"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. This time my friend & I were in town to celebrate her birthday and to go to a concert. Check-in was smooth, location is safe, staff was accommodating and the room was clean. I do wish it parking wasn’t so expensive but otherwise, I have no complaints! I will definitely be staying again!"

"I had a very comfortable one night stay at the hotel. The receptionist was awesome. She helped me answer all my questions. Cause i was there for a nfl game. They bused us to and from a lil charge with free parking. My room the bed were comfy. And they had zipper enclosed boxsprings and mattress. NO BED BUGS!! The view from my room was excellent. Peaceful and quite. Ill b back for another game. Thank God my AC worked. Thanks yall Tabiha isom"

Breakfast was exceptional -- eggs (2 kinds), potatoes, sausage, Southern biscuits, gravy, fresh pancakes, waffle station, breads station, cereals, juice, colas, and fabulous coffee. Excellence "

I did have some minor complaints that didn’t ruin my stay, but just a little feedback our room had a weird smell, but I sprayed some Febreze. Also, the hot tub was very foamy. "We were in town to see Stevie Nicks in concert, and this location was convenient to the Spectrum Center. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. All the staff members we encountered were very friendly. The gentleman who checked us in (I'm sorry I didn't get his name.), was especially polite. The only issue we had was the iron in our room would not get hot. We will stay here next time we our in town for a concert."
