"I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located right in front of the ocean and is conveniently close to a variety of activities, restaurants, and less than 10 mins from Duval St. What I appreciated most were the pet accommodations, they even provide a thoughtful gift bag for pets. It’s also an excellent option for group trips, as the rooms offer plenty of space."

"Was nice coffee and breakfast my issue was I booked two different reservations and asked if I could keep the same bed. The lady got rude and ask if I was fit to stay there. Long haired Spanish girl at front desk.
Then it was the female dorm a intimidating lookng mam came in. When I was sleeping twice I guess to clean. Then two lady's came in. Lessen learned don't book on Expedia then nyah site. Expedia sold out. They place was nice just no sleeping in. I'd get the privet...

"I stay at this property often the last 10 years and don’t usually have any issues, in fact I love the place, which is why I continue to come back. This trip we stayed in one of the top floor attic rooms in the main building and were told that our key may not work- that’s not something you want hear upon checking in. "It works! The location is right as you enter the key so you have to travel to the tourist spots. The shuttle is well used and seemed handy. Be prepared- they will give you an “Expedia Room” in a less desirable location in the resort. In this case it is right next to a tree where a very loud rooster nests at night. "When we checked in, Roman made us feel like we were home! He was absolutely wonderful. The room was nearly perfect for us. Great breakfast. Great location in walking distance to the marina, Mallory Square, and Duval. Many great restaurants and shops nearby. The pool needed attention and our bathroom was pretty small. But te bed and pillows were amazing. Would definitely stay the again! "
