"The room is big, the service is friendly and generous, the giant atrium is well-kept vintage. Good pool, room perks. Getting the hotel shuttle was the only hitch. Hotels.com chat bot was glitchy and unproductive. This is not on the hotel staff. Automate it all the way, or don't advertise it. "Contact property for help" from a noisy curb outside baggage claim took 30 min."

"Initial check-in, the rooms were not ready but we only had to wait for 15 minutes for them to become ready. The TV wasn't working in either room, but the Service Staff fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We all had a nice time, the Staff was excellent."

The only thing I would advise for families is that this is a Casino hotel…children under 21 only have 1 dining option/restaurant they can go to & it does not have a kids menu. "Good mid level hotel in a very busy area. I was greeted by bugs in the bathroom which is expected being it’s an older building. Bed was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again."
