"Staff was very polite and helpful. My plane landed early in the morning. They were able to check me in before check-in time.. that was really appreciative. I was able to shower and get some rest."

"Was great. But tub clogged, so, minus one star."

"Having stayed in various different hotels in the USA, this was our favourite place! On arrival, we were greeted by Antonio, who was delightful! Such a lovely, friendly guy, who takes time to ensure you have a comfortable stay. He makes you feel so welcome 🤗 Antonio’s knowledge of the area is immense and he’ll give you advice about places to see! Our room was lovely. Really comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom with a powerful hot shower, nice complimentary toiletries and quality towels....

"Breakfast was great. Didn't know they'd stopped doing room service"

"Mostly clean. Some mystery spatter in the bathroom wall. Had another guests welcome letter in our room kinda weird. Definitely tiny room. We stayed 8 days so was a little rough. Location was excellent. Staff were great. Nice restaurant connected to property with good food!"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly, good room and great breakfast"

"My husband and I stay was very pleasant. We had everything at our disposal and it was very clean"

"We flew internationally to Philadelphia from Milan and with no connecting flights home that day. Having the hotel, literally, connected to the airport. We were cheerfully greeted, and quickly checked in, even offered bottled water-it's the small things. They even provide a shuttle to your airline in the morning. A great experience."
