"Very disappointing for a Hilton property. Place is in need of major renovations to be of Hilton quality. Elevator floors were dirty. Rooms were damp…cooling, de-humidifying system is not strong enough for this climate. My refrigerator didn’t work. (Yes I could have called maintenance but who has time for that on vacation.). There were resort fees but I didn’t feel the amenities were enough to justify a resort fee."

"We booked a two bedroom, two bath unit. Before arriving I received an email stating that the two bedroom was no longer available. I replied with a follow up question which went answered.
