"I had a great stay here. The staff were professional and friendly making my visit comfortable. The hotel is close to the main restaurant area so it was easy to find places to eat nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the natural hot spring baths including the outdoor bath and sauna. It was very relaxing. "after my wife did a thorough research and reading every reviews, we made a decision to stay at this resort hotel. We were very pleased with out decision. Everything exceeded expectation plus the therapeutic benefit of curing chronic back pain was gone after staying here. The bed was very comfortable and onsen water is of top quality and 2 different variety. We had a great stay and service was great. Half board dinner and breakfast were great."

"Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! "旭岳ロープウェイに一番近い、最高のホテルです。部屋も清潔、温泉も最高でした。他のホテルと違い、温泉ホテルの場合には、部屋常備のタオルセットが2セット用意してありますが、こちらのホテルでは1セットしか無く、朝晩、温泉や部屋でのシワー、洗顔タオルが無く、不便でかつ不清潔を感じました。それ以外は食事も美味しいし、最高でした。"

" Lovely stay at Deer Valley, staff were great, very friendly. Really liked that meals were served at your table - we had stayed at a few other places recently that were all buffet style. The food was very very nice, and the italian dinner focus was a nice change from several weeks of japanese food. Breakfast was a large american plate, which also included a tasty curry soup (love that about hokkaido). Onsen has a nice view of Asahidake, and it was good to have the option to also take an onsen...
