"The breakfast had plenty of coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt and juice. The eggs were dry and rubbery. The hotel room was clean. The bed was comfortable. 4 different pillow types made it easy to find some we like. The shower drain was clogged and backed up the water. The shower had shampoo and body wash, but the conditioner container was empty."

"Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel but in the evening we enjoyed the hors d’oeuvres in the lounge. Had a tough time getting coffee though… Dinner at the Two45 Waterfront Grille. Parking was good - in a covered parking garage, and validated with the room key. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great stay! "

"The hotel is located near by shops and restaurants. It looks like they did some updates in rooms and hallways. The staff staff were very friendly and helpful. The one downside was that the bed was too soft.I felt like I was sinking so it was very difficult to get comfortable. On top of that our nextdoor neighbors were very loud until 2AM. So no sleep:("

"Pool was closed down for maintenance, the bar did not seem open. Breakfast opened at 7, so could not take opportunity to try in the morning before baseball games. "1st night was good except no hot water in either room. The 2nd night a big family checked into several rooms our floor. All we heard all night is doors slamming and kids running up and down the halls until about 3 in the morning and then it started again around 8 in the morning. Told front desk several times. "The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. "I stayed here last night 4/7/26… first, I was double charged for the room. Manager says it should be back in my card in a few days… we’ll see. At night while blow drying my hair the power went out in my room. Staff came up after I called about 15-20 minutes later. He said there was nothing that maintenance could do… because they had never seen it happen before.
