"For a family stay, this was perfect. We had plenty of space for all 4 of use and the kitchen was great. Only downsides, breakfast was not breakfast, just pastries, which did suffice, but was misleading. But it was nice to be able to go back up to our room and eat up there as the eating area was also small. "

"The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was a very good size and even contained a washer/dryer. I found the parking confusing at first, but managed after one day. The complimentary breakfast offered many options and was very tasty. "

"This is an old quaint hotel. The lobby is very small and Victorian. We loved it. There are renovations taking place so no elevator and we actually had to walk up to our room on the 2nd floor. Only had a backpack so no problem for us. Our room had 2 windows with no view and our tv needed a service call while we were there. Great service. For one night it was perfect location for Princess of Wales Theatre. Comfortable bed and clean. Staff is excellent!"
