"The husband and wife team are fantastic, taking personal care like a friend, after knowing we are going to check out without our paid breakfast, the wife immediately offer us a bottle of local wine, and insisted we must keep it. Of cource the services they provided are top notch too. Thank you."

"Somos una familia con dos hijos de 6 y 8 años. La opción de usar onsen privado nos gustó por que tenemos tatuajes y no pudimos usar el privado. El servicio de recogida y llevada a la estación de tren fue rápido y sin costo extra. La vista al monte fuji por la mañana espectacular. La cena privada fue una de las mejores y el desayuno estaba incluido también. Personal muy amable y cálido. "

"Will 100% be recommending this to everyone we know. This place was INCREDIBLE. The dinner/breakfast presentations are vast and delicious, the spas are stunning, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. It’s an easy train ride from Kyoto/Tokyo and there is a daily shuttle service that you can book with the hotel. This was such a fun and genuine experience. Highly recommend! "

"Rooms are amazing - staff friendly - a couple of things which were odd - we could not pre book the shuttle as the phone on the web site is not a valid number - the club lounge is a dark room with no windows - a shame when across the corridor you have a massive living room/ hall with such an amazing view - no room service and could not take anything from the lounge to the room or sitting area with a view . "100% perfect view of Fuji-san!! Short walk from Kawaguchiko Station and the route is generally flat and well lit at night. The property was very modern and minimalist. Room was clean but had some drain flies in the toilet. Very spacious and can easily fit four adults and luggage. Walls were not very sound-proof but was still acceptable. "

"The hotel was so beautiful and the attention to detail was great. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything. They also spoke English. We were given yukatas to wear and they were really pretty. The food was amazing, everything was really fresh. The in room bath had amazing views to Mt. Fuji and was relaxing. They also have a shuttle that picks you up from Kawaguchiko station at 8, 8:30 9 and 10 am. We ended up taking a taxi from the station to the hotel but we took the shuttle back to...
