"Some staff is really helpful while some can test your patience. I asked 1 of the receptionist to get me a towel as I was going into pool. She did not do anything until I went in, came back and asked her where's the towel. Then she sent someone. Her effort for this and other day for trying to my find something I left a day before was also pathetic. I explained everything, showed the photo. Yet after I got another call asking about same thing. Funny enough they never got back to me about it. When...

"Room 1 air-conditioning was not strong even in the nights and left it on the whole day and 4 nights.
We opted to sleep our heads on the feet area of the bed to feel the aircon.
Otherwise, most of the staff very good, done excellent job and friendly.
Another thing one of the Male reception staff took the Clients from Febry. I only confirmed and changed the time of our booked massage by Febry but this staff made a booking from another Company. We were halfway of our room massage, when the...

"The highlight of my stay was the hotel's convenient access to the beautiful beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even offering a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated having breakfast and spa amenities available. However, the property could benefit from some updates and improvements in cleanliness. While these things didn't completely take away from my experience, they did affect my overall impression. With a few improvements and more...

Ulasan Hotel Teratas di Gianyar
Akaya Bali
Akaya BaliSanur
10/10 Luar Biasa
PERFECT Location PERFECT Staff PERFECT Food at Akaya cafe
We loved our stay here, only few minutes to beach, everything you need is walking distance.
We did sleep with ear plugs at night as we are light sleepers, and the doors to the room can make a loud clicking sound when closing but so minor, when everything else and all the staff are wonderful we would definitely stay here again. (Tomorrow would be lovely)
Relaxing pool area, there is a dive school on site.
Balinese owned business.
