"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large enough to accommodate two adults and two grandchildren. The free breakfast had lots of options and was tasty. The free pulled pork BBQ dinner was a surprise and it was nice to have the free cocktails.
Grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
I would recommend the hotel to families traveling through or to St. Louis."

"I stayed at your property for business, and several issues made the experience unacceptable. The bathroom sink had clearly been previously broken and appeared to have been patched together with putty rather than properly repaired. The bathtub was tilted and the bottom surface was dangerously slippery, creating a safety hazard.
Additionally, my room ran out of restroom tissue, and when I requested more, I was given only a single roll for the entire stay.
These conditions do not meet basic...

"There was a corn flake from another guest on an end table in our room. Obviously, it had not been wiped down. No hand towels, had to go ask for some. Wanted to swim at 8 am, door to pool area was locked. Breakfast was very disappointing, stale bread and nothing warm except coffee and oatmeal."

"This was easily one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also felt very safe the entire time, which made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our trip.
The breakfast and dinner buffets offered an impressive variety of delicious options every day. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the mall and were within a 15-minute drive of everywhere we wanted to visit.
