"In town from Atlanta to see a comedy show in Chattanooga for the weekend. I was really disappointed in general with the hotel. I love the area, although there is high construction near by, it wasn’t an issue. Good eateries and shops around as well. Courtyard area was nice with chairs and the fireplace/fire-pit.
Hotel does not have elevators!!!
However upon check-in walking into the lobby, there was a portable air unit that was sitting up on a table or some object, blowing air toward the check...

"When we were stopped and warned by someone in the parking lot leaving the hotel as we were on our way to check in, I knew it was bad. The room we were supposed to stay in was disgusting. The couch was stained and nasty while the chair had hair all over it. "The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I received messages about if our room was ok and if we needed anything. I was given a choice for what floor I wanted to be on. "Nice room except no microwave in your room. Coffee pot doesn’t work. Hidden notes from past guest. Describing their problems there. Blood on items and dirty sheets.
