Longer shower curtain and additional towels were provided on request but curtain had to be changed by guest
Event staff were excellent.
Only one of 2 workstations in business area could be logged into.
Phone tech support was excellent for unlocking stuck USB drive."

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"Definitely stay here! The rooms are lovely as are the hosts. It's right on the water, a short walk or drive to the main shops & farmers market. Also a short drive to many lovely beaches. The breakfast was incredible - and they even accomodated gluten-free. Really great overall, great deal and we'll stay again if on Hilo!"

Clean, good communication with host.
Location OK, close to downtown hilo, breach front if you have a car, but surroundings of the appartment are not fantastic,
Table for dinner is tiny, can fit 2 guests but not 4, what made dinner as a family of 4 challenging..."

"This was an amazing house, with about 4-5 rooms all to ourselves. There was full kitchen and cooking facilities, and some snacks and cooking materials (milk, sauces, etc) had been left for us to use. Each room was an Aladdin's cave of souvenirs and oddities, attached to the wall or ceiling. There was an amazing little garden, with a pond, which had some very noisy frogs in it. There was veranda and porch, so we could sit outside and have a drink. It was like living in a hobbit house or...

"I was super excited to stay at this property.
The pluses...the Koy pond. The fish are amazing and love to eat. Also, the sounds at night from nature.
Would have been nice to have a lounger in the sun room rather than just chairs.
Not many other pluses. We tried to get connected to Internet. The welcome book didn't seem to match the house. The descriptions were off.
There were at least 5 remotes but none of them did anything. Only one turned off and on the TV. TV was activated through Roku....
