"Room was clean, and everything worked great. TV size was large, shower temperature control was very good, and they cleaned it as requested. Pool was cleaned and water temperature was comfortable, noticed couple edges damaged, and “do not jump into pool” policy not enforced! Continental breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices including large size waffle machines available. Really disappointed with parking fee(EXCESSIVE) which forces customers to use since there us no other safe options in...

"Room has a slight musty, damp smell. Otherwise clean room. Room is small, but adequate for two people. Breakfast is great. Elevator situation is bad, only two elevators with one broken for months. You have to wait maybe 10 minutes as the elevators are full during rush hour. Location is great on the west end of Waikiki. "

"The room was great, there were 3 working elevators which meant very little wait time going up or down, the laundry facilities and games room were much appreciated and utilized, as was the opportunity to grab fresh Beach Towels every day. The breakfast staff and the quality of the food was excellent and provided a great start to every day. I did notice that there was some ceiling damage, probably from water, in the hallway on the 12th floor where the plaster and paint were in need of attention....
