"Excellent customet service. Our car wouldn't start. The manager got jumper cables from another employee and brought his own car out to jump ours. We didn't even ask, he saw us and volunteered to help. There was a room issue when we first checked in. It was immediately corrected and they gave us 2 free drink tix for the bar onsite."

"It was clean but traveled awhile to get there. I don’t have a ton of money but wanted to give my son a fun weekend. The staff was pretty rude. He spilt a cup of water while we were checking in and I offered to clean it up but staff was really irritated. Then when I asked if we could check in early the receptionist said “absolutely not”. There were a few other instances where staff was pretty rude too. But overall it was really clean and great location."

"Great location – two blocks to Lake Michigan or, going the opposite way, Michigan Ave.. Room are very nice room: spacious, clean, big comfortable bed, full kitchen with coffee maker. No safe in room. The buffet breakfast included is good but, oddly you have to go to the nearby lobby to get coffee. All plates and utensils are paper or plastic. Additionally, you bus your own plates. It is probably me, but I didn’t like that the toilet paper was one-ply. The check-in staff were friendly. I...
