"We were in town to visit my son and this hotel was such a disappointment. Almost everything that could go wrong did. First of all, after a very long day and tired and "hangry", our check in took over 40 minutes. The desk clerk didn't seem to know what she was doing, and this didn't start off our visit well. Next, excited to relax in the hotel tub, we were told that the hot tub was out of service. Very dispapointed because this is the main reason we booked this hotel. We went into the room...

"Except for the entry and the lighting in our room, the facility was very nice.
Birds have commandeered the overhead at the entry. They had built nest in the overhead and were protecting them by flying in and out while pooping everywhere. Also the lighting our room was very poor. Trying to apply makeup was a guessing game. Please install a brighter light in the ceiling in the vanity portion of the bathroom. The staff were very courteous and helpful."
