"The property is new - only opened for 3 months. The hallway air fresheners are overwhelming to the point of toxicity. You are eating and tasting the smell. That can be poisonous to some with the chemicals in those things. The cleaning staff is doing a minimum job - in one of our rooms, the bottles in the shower were empty (this hotel uses the larger locked bottles for body soap, shampoo and conditioner which I do think is smart and nice, but they then need to be checked and filled). We just spent over $1200.00 to stay at Hampton Inn and we can't get a receipt? That is ridiculous! We could have stayed anywhere but we chose Hampton Inn. We will think twice next time."
