"My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff."

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth the money we spent. Upon arrival, the room had a strong odor of marijuana. We attempted to contact the front desk to request a different room, only to discover that the room phone was broken. In addition, two of the lamps in the room did not work.
The amenities were also in terrible condition. The hot tub was out of service, and the swimming pool was only partially filled. Even worse, the water was dirty and disgusting,...
