"Damn, the hotel room is very narrow and very bad. Even there is no space to walk in the room, its very different with the photo. The hotel hall smells really bad. Even the bathroom is very small. The room also not really clean, even in the bedside table there is like white stain and really dirty. Really not recommended for people who want to book this hotel. PLEASE THINK TWISE. Better to book aston / Mercure as they have same price. Location also not really strategic. They have bus station in...

"Good location with i12 mall next to. Walkable and convenient with many bus routes. Pretty good breakfast. My 3 day stay would be perfect except the housekeeping attendants were so loud speaking their dialets up and down on the hallways i cant get anything done. Once they woke me up while taking nap."

"Absolutely superb staff. Everyone at the desk was terrific and informed. The Bencoolen metro is a hop, skip, and jump away. The rooms are excellent 'bolt holes' for exploring. Compact, though they have everything one needs. Super swimming pool. Seek another option for breakfast."
