"For a start, in hindsight, I feel the short guy with the elbow knee was rude to us. We didn't feel welcome he was like rushing to explain the DONTs of the hotel, if anything gets missing, dont eat on the bed, etc. etc. But why? Then for a two person booking, the room was small with only one single metal small chair. No where to sit and relax, to wait for your food to digest."

"Room was adequate, in basement so no window. No amenities. New owner, apparently, some things advertised were not provided. A hot tub was advertised but empty. You have to request to use it so they would fill it. Too hot in Singapore for outdoor hot tub. Good location, in Chinatown near metro and hawker stall. Chronically understaffed, had to request trash removal and towels."

"Check in process is smooth. Staff prioritised customers” convenience when handling issues arising : Incident 1 - door of first room we checked in was faulty and hotel staff readily changed room so as not to hold us back for lunch. Incident 2- when I needed to go back to the original room to collect a bag I left behind during room change, hotel staff came immediately to open the room."
