"We checked in at 8pm after a long drive and never got a code to get into our room till 10:20 pm called, text, drive around for 2 hours. Finally at 10pm we had to check in at a different hotel because no one was helping us and it was late and our child needed to go to bed. They refused to give a refund because that is their policy. Yet their policy also says they will text the room number and door code once you check in. Not 2.5 hours later will they send a code. If you want a place to actually...

"Our stay was mostly good, however, the TV had a parental control that required a PIN # to get into any of the apps. So basically, the TV was useless except to watch the limited live TV programs they had on cable. Other than that, the property was clean and had a great little stream you could see off the back porch."

"Silver Mountain Inn in Granby Colorado is just awful.. It is a time share property with individual owners and some management owned condos. The building itself was so dirty. Entries needed to be swept and mopped Bad odor. Our unit was so disappointing. Ours was worn out. It had not been updated in years. It was dirty and frankly unsafe. Very wobbly spiral staircase, transition from tile to carpet looked like electrician tape. Cracked glass stove top. Needed a good cleaning in the living...

"Upon arrival on 6/5 at 1130AM we asked for an early arrival. The "slob" at the desk was rude and awful toward us. (Can't believe this nice property would put someone that looked like her, including the food drooling down her face in front of their clients.) Later when we came back to check in at 4PM, the guy, Andy handled our check in and was great. Our rooms were very nice and they granted us a late check out as well. The property is quite nostalgic and a good place to visit. A big...

"Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...
