"All the above"

"Staff was great. The beverage area on the floor was also very convenient. And the location was perfect."

"Broken elevator for at least two weeks, I had to negotiate 3rd floor room for 4 nights. I'm 66 years old two bad knees and bad back. Never offered a floor one room where their was teenagers in those rooms, offered just 25.00 per night allowance, absolutely disgraceful. Sweating while you eat breakfast no air conditioning on at all . Poorly run, behind in Bill payment according to a staff member."
