"This Hotel is the perfect all rounder, I have come for 3 years now and keeps getting better each time! The facilities, food and entertainment is great for families and couples with the best balance of value. What really is standout is the staff, they are the most friendly and fun people you can imagine. The animation team are the best really good from Adam, MoMo and Hoem absolutely fantastic hospitality. Fully recommend coming."

"The Grand Palace Hotel Hurghada has beautiful pools and a lovely beachfront setting that makes the stay relaxing. The staff are friendly and truly hard‑working, which adds warmth to the experience. However, the food quality is only mediocre and doesn’t quite match the resort's label. Overall, it was an okay place to unwind, but the dining could be better."
