"Good breakfast and amenities"

"This is a huge hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is very nice, but crowded. The line for waffles was always 6 - 10 people, so wasn't worth waiting for me. There were many other options to choose from. It was clean and quiet."

"Great value, excellent service"

"Gym wasn't open for 3 days. They still tried to charge me the full $45/day resort fee for the week. When I disputed it they did discount the fee. Location isn't the best. Staff just aren't the friendliest. I've been to hawaii over 12 times and would not stay at this hotel again."

"all the people here were so nice"

"Very nice staff super clean would recommend to first time travelers"

"The hotel is well maintained. The garden is beautiful. It is very noisy. Trash pickup at 4 am. Sirens and loud cars constantly. Flat sheet as the bottom sheet kept coming off."

"スタッフの方は皆さんとても親切で安心できました。 建物が少し古く感じました。 海が目の前で贅沢な時間を過ごせました。"

"This is our fifth year here, we love this place, staff is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, convient to all, shopping, eating, beach, activities. Already booked for next year, sells out quickly, we go at the end of October. booked for next year"

We loved how accessible everything was and how we didn’t have to travel far to enjoy Waikiki. Definitely a great place to stay if you’re visiting Honolulu. Would highly recommend!"

"Shoreline was a prime location and central to everything we needed. Just wish the coffee stayed out until 11am instead of 10am. The pool was closed on one day that we were there, which is why I didn’t give it a perfect 5-star. It rained 2 days while we were in Hawaii so the pool would have been a nice alternative. We were given wine for our anniversary and it was very much appreciated but my husband is allergic to pineapple. While the gesture was really nice, there was no alternative. So we...

"We like the location."
