"Staff at desk at both checkin and departing was excellent and very helpful and informative. Noise level in the outside tower room was very loud all night, we were only staying one night and very tired from our flights, of I was staying more than one night would have requested room change. "

"Nice room with view of the park and ocean. Good Sundeck by the pool. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Only issue is construction all day below for a new venue they are building for a hula show should be finished in December."

"The property has a lovely entrance with fountains and open air lobby that gives you the tropical vibe of Hawaii. However, this particular hotel is in need of some updating. The entire unit we booked need updating/remodeling. The balconies needed some work also, really rusty and dirty looking on the railing. The restaurant was AMAZING. The waitress was attentive even with the load of customers she had and had great recommendations. Valet was wonderful with recommendations to local restaurants and...
