"A veces el lago tiene el agua un poco turbia para bañarse; supongo que es algo normal en un entorno natural pero me parece importante de recalcar. La comida excelente, te sirven platos típicos y contundentes. El personal muy amable y atento, además, te llevan de excursión en barco (long boat) por la zona para ver la maravilla de entorno que hay. Sin duda volvería mil veces, es un sitio muy especial. "Visited in march for 2 nights as a family with 10 and 9 year old. Lovely quirky huts in the jungle with lots of wildlife around, the kids loved watching the monkeys from the balcony and swimming in the river. Tours and transfered easily organised from the accommodation and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. "

"This place is a MUST STAY for anyone coming to Thailand. The physical landscape surrounding the 360 Issara is breaktaking. It is serene and quiet and filled with the sounds of nature - birds and monkeys! The lake water is clean and clear and warm like a bath. There are beautiful fish you can feed. The staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met. The food is also top-notch. We wished we had spend three nights instead of two. "

"Not happy. We booked this hotel as it was close to the Kao Sok National Park. Our flight to Surat Thani was delayed for 1hour which meant we would miss the check-in time. We tried to get in touch with the hotel hours in advance however nobody bothered to pick up the phone, nor could we find a contact email. As a result we had to book a hotel elsewhere in the main city which meant we also travel 1.5hrs each way before and after the day trip. Paid for a room I didn’t even get to use"

"La chambre sentait la moisissure et un robinet fuyait. De plus, la tente ne fermait même pas intégralement. La gérante de l'accueil était très désagréable et ne nous a pas dit que nous manger le midi au restaurant sans mréserver au préalable ce qui nous a rendu en retard à notre excursion de l’après-midi. Une membre du personnel nous a priposé de manger à un restaurant à côté et s’est excusée mais nous a fait payer le taxi à la fin du séjour. Je ne recommande pas "

"There was no staff at check in to help, the property did not match the photos, it was absolutely not walkable to anything as there were no sidewalks or crosswalks and the four lane highway was most definitely not pedestrian friendly. The “suite” is situated in an un-finished dilapidated building that looks so dirty on the outside it looks like there are no maintenance people within a 100 kilometre radius. The weeds are overgrown, the exterior doors do not lock & there is no exterior lighting....

"This place was special. All the bungalows are set in an enchanting jungle setting along a salt water lagoon, The neighborhood was rural and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are a few excellent, low key restaurant across the street and a lovely little village with small minimart and the other usuals north along the little street. If you need a more lively night scene, just walk 300 m north along the beach. "
