"Room very clean but a little dated yellow walls & furniture
Kettle - element broken/burnt
TV - no channels available/not working
Staff at breakfast - exceptional. Very welcoming and helpful.
Staff at check in / check out - not the best. Its the little things e.g. ask if would like to book breakfast, I had to ask after check in process. Check out - did not ask if everything was ok with our stay."

"Location is very good, easy to get to the natural park which is very well designed and maintained; also the shopping center, restaurants and cinema.
The hotel room was quite clean but some pillows forms will need some checking and washing/cleaning"

"Stayed here for an event at NEC and while the staff must routinely experience so many travellers and events, they made me feel a truly welcomed guest. Thank you everyone particularly Andrea in housekeeping who was a star.
Loved the vibe, the clean and comfortable room and the modern powerful shower.
Will now be my go-to hotel for NEC events."

It can be noisy at times depending on which day you stay entering the hotel and throughout Hotel is a very strong smell of marijuana and that gets more intense, depending again which day you appear to be in. Certainly the investors are more interested in profit than maintaining the the rooms and the hotel itself. Which is a great pity and also surprising considering the...
