"The room.was clean but nothing special. Our issues were that the area where the room was located stunk of heavy pot. Our room was on the 4th floor and the ice machine didn't work. We ended up.on the 15th floor for ice. We went back up to get more and it was unavailable. When we contacted the desk we were told to try other floor. The ac unit sounded like a plane engine. So either be too hot or listen to that noise. Pretty disappointing for what we paid. I would avoid this hotel."

"Absolutely amazing property! Room was clean, view was amazing (once the fog cleared), breakfast options were great, and the pool/hot tub area was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. If you plan on spending time in and around Canal Park, this is where you need to stay!"

"The room was advertised as queen beds but they were full size beds and not attached to the a headboard so they moved everytime you sat on them. The ac was extremely loud. The floors were sticky and bathroom was not clean. There were no operating hot tubs on the property."
