"Everything was great! The firepits outside at night was wonderful. We were lucky to have 2 ships come.Breakfast was impressive. The room was quiet and clean. Very happy with our stay. We’ll definitely be back😊"

"Second visit to this property for our stay. We enjoyed it as much as the first time, plenty space to the room and a surprise to see we also had a balcony with our lake view! Appreciated the option to have a refrigerator, coffee maker, and extra bedding at our disposal as well as a robe to use! "Such a great location!!!"

"I like how the property had a mini fridge, microwave and a large shower. Also, the room we stayed in had a large mirror. Lastly, the housekeeper was friendly and the owner was responsive to phone calls."

"The hotel lobby is beautiful, our room was ok, the wood on the bathroom door on the bottom was peeled and chipped away. Unfortunately, we had drain flies in our room that were also very annoying. We did have to ask for additional towels as they only supplied enough for a one night stay, and you don’t get your room serviced unless you stay longer than 3 nights."

"Wonderful experience. This was our third stay at South Pier Inn. We're hopelessly attached to the liftbridge, the lake views and the easy walk over the canel--not to mention the stunning evening-lit skyscape of the city!"

"Beautiful lake view. Great staff who sent a complimentary bottle of wine for our 50th anniversary. Breakfast options are great. Perfect distance to walk to so many shops and restaurants."
