"Amazing service and area"

"The reception staff was wonderful for both check-in and check-out. l've stayed at The Thistle often over the years, and two years ago was the only time l was not well-treated. so last year l stayed at The Leonardo. l've been back at The Thistle twice this year, and am glad l decided to do so because l was treated well, once again. Hoping this bodes well for continued future stays because l really like your hotel."

"Easy to find with ample parking. Good location for Heathrow and clean with comfortable beds. We stayed in the middle of a June heatwave and our room (362) had faced the sun all afternoon. The window was scorching hot to touch and although blackout curtain had been closed the room was uncomfortably hot. Unfortunately the air conditioning is centrally controlled so it wasn’t really cooling the room down after a couple of hours. So we asked for a fan which was provided promptly and helped make...

"Hotel is well located and easy to find. Safe area. Room was comfortable, tidy and very clean. Staff was very friendly and polite. I only had two issues with my stay: -There’s room for improvement when it comes to breakfast, a few more dishes wouldn’t hurt. -They lack a few amenities (toiletries to be specific). My room didn’t have any other than hand soap and shampoo. A few extra things like hand cream would be nice. Overall great place to stay :) "

"The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and very convenient. The Indian restaurant inside the hotel was outstanding. Rooms were a bit small, but very clean & quiet. It was an older hotel, so no AC, but they provided a table fan which worked well enough for sleeping. Was in a great location, BT 2 tube stations. Very convenient, and a great Italian restaurant around the corner. All in all, an excellent experience !!!"
