"Las fotos que tienen de la propiedad no se corresponde con la realidad. El hotel se ve y está muy descuidado, el ascensor no funciona y las escaleras sucias y con basura. La puerta de la habitación rota, mucha dificultad para abrir y cerrar. El personal que nos recibió consciente del problema nos preguntó si queríamos cancelar la reserva pero a la 1am no teníamos donde más ir. "

"The hotel is still under construction. Only 1 floor is complete but, not completely. A side panel of the bathroom counter was missing. No hangars in the room, no coffee maker, no iron or iron board. There are not even hooks on the bathroom door for the towels. The shower head is very low. To wash your hair you need to bend down or go on your knees. There are no ice machines on the floor, only 1 machine on the first floor. The hotel is not ready yet for customers and should not be open until...

"All staff I dealt with were great especially the two managers that were on duty. Renovations look decent but you can tell it’s cheaper furniture. Floors in the room were not very clean in some spots, and the top on the bed was dirty. Their “brand standard” breakfast is a major letdown, boring and not appetizing. You can tell the switch the a Comfort is making the hotel run down. You can tell they need some touch up maintenance in the rooms due to the renovation's. Stayed here about 2 years ago...
