"The walls were very dirty in this particular villa. The carpets were not clean and very dirty. The bath mats were dirty in the bathroom and didn't look like they had been washed. The middle bedroom with the queen beds- the bed closest to the wall was cracked underneath the mattress. There was no upkeep in this villa. It seemed as if the villa 4824 had not been painted in several years. The hallways, stairwells, and bedrooms all needed painted or wiped down with a eraser. The rugs in the...

"Upon arrival, it didn’t take long to realize the room was not very clean. The sheets on the bed had a questionable dirt/stain on them. There was also a substantial amount of crumbs in the bed. One of the towels on the rack had multiple long black hairs on it. I contacted the front desk and they supplied me with new linens that I was able to put on the bed by myself."
