"I have nothing but good thing to say about this hotel. Excellent service, location and facilities. The pool and surrounding areas were always clean. The rooms were cleaned daily by an excellent staff. Front desk people, doorman and security all great. Chek-in and out was a breeze. Walking distance to the River Walk, Millennium Park, Navy Pier and others are fairly close. Red Line train station only a block away."

They missed the scheduled in room cleaning, and even though we have asked the front desk several days in a row, they couldn't make the time. We even have to ask 2 times for toilet paper"
