"Front desk staff member, Syndy provided excellent support during my stay. I had questions about reservations and what information was provided. Hotel.com is the service I used they did not provide information that should have been identified during the booking. IE parking fees and breakfast. Syndy should be in a management position. great attitude and informative. Also, the female working the breakfast bar was also a step above in her friendliness and all around personality."

"First, I will start out by saying that I had read a ton of reviews before booking here. There was a lot of other places but I needed something close to Little Saigon. This one had the least regarding bugs and smell and odor. Now it could be just the timing or my specific stay. In spite of everything I've read, I had a very nice stay here.
