"This was a perfect location! We took our 2 year old to a Blues game and to do lots of activities at union station. We were able to walk there, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, our room was very hot - the thermostat said 78°. The first night we just dealt with it, but since we were paying a decent amount and staying another night I decided to ask for it to be looked at or possibly change to a different room. They said they didn’t have another room, but got someone from maintenance right...

"Friendly staff at breakfast. The hotel rooms are ok, the bathrooms are nice and updated, but the floors in the rooms need to mopped properly as they feel quite sticky and dirty. Good that it has a gym, but there’s a mismatch of single weights of varying size. The use of plastic wrapped plastic cutlery at breakfast is not great, would be great if that was changed into something more environmentally friendly."

"Hotel itself was fine. Floors in our room were a little gritty to the point where I noticed dirt accumulating in the corners and I needed to clean my feet off before putting my socks on. My biggest complaint was after paying $250 for one night, we were billed another $14 for “amenities” at check out. What amenities??? We were here a grand total of 15 hours and there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in our room??! "

"We will never stay at another type of hotel again. Drury is where it is at! Every single staff member from the front desk, to house keeping, to food service was amazing, polite, and friendly. The breakfast had a great selection, and 5:30-7 had free drinks and dinner. We saved so much money on meals for my family with the evening meal there and they prepare everything fresh.
