"We had a great experience at Kahana Beach Resort. We stayed 9 nights. From our north side balcony, we had great ocean and mountain views. Place was clean, well maintained, and kitchen was well supplied. We saw turtles swim by and there was a good variety of fish snorkeling off its beach. This was our second time staying here. "We stayed for 2 weeks, in-between two storms that came to Maui. The view out the sliding glass doors and windows to the lanai was beautiful of the ocean. That view was our favorite part as we could watch the waves, people swimming, surfing and sunsets. The storms may have brought in vog [ash and pollutants from the volcano] and allergens that caused my husband to get a quite a cough, but not blaming our accommodations. We do wish they had fans in the bathroom/shower area to take out humidity. Also wish we could have had a little warmer weather. We have been to Maui many times, but this was the coolest temperatures. Our room was clean and staff friendly, they answered our front desk calls by sending staff to our room quickly for service. Thank you for the beautiful view and nice room."
