"Loved that they had the basic necessities for the beach, the beach was almost private, and had the most surreal sunsets. They had beach towels and chairs. The room was clean. They promised breakfast but didn’t have that which was disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work which was annoying. The staff was very nice, Overall a great experience!"

"I would not stay here again as the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Also, the "partial" ocean view is heavy on the partial. HOWEVER I do want to call out the man and woman that work the front desk, they are FANTASTIC. Very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I would stay at any hotel they were working at."

"The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. "Do not book ocean view property, it does not have ocean view at all and the property is well aware of this. It is convenient location by the beach, rooms are large, have space with kitchenette etc so allow you to eat in. The property felt tired as you get into the rooms, amenities were much better up-kept."
