"The resort was in the perfect location! We had a wonderful time walking up and down the beach and Whaler Village is literally right next to it less than five min walk. They had tons of shops and great food options! "

My only complaint is the "amenities fee". $25 daily - mandatory, when I asked what was it for they said "coffee and wifi". Our coffee was never refilled (the one they leave in the hotel room is enough for 2 days). Other than that everything was great."

"Great Location. Plenty of Amenities and Activities. Staff nice but possibly understaffed. No staff offered smiles or that little extra you get from 4+ rated resorts but for the price, good value. Timeshare sales game always running in background was noticeable to me and somewhat takky (I was not there for presentation or owner just paid guest). "

"Great place to bring a family or without kids. Careful in the beach out front for rocks. Recommend going to a different beach for ocean swimming. Pools and hot tubs are fantastic. "

"Be careful, they charge per day to park on top of per day fees, taxes, and charity fees, it's all hidden from the original transactions, meaning they don't tell you up front, when asked, they get an attitude and say things like, "you don't have a choice", actually, as a consumer, I have a choice where I spend my money and I can "choose" to spend it elsewhere. The room carpet was filthy, don't walk on it without shoes. They are more concerned with playing Hawaii five 0 on guests, rather than...

" The room didn’t really have a balcony, just a very narrow space about 12” wide that you could stand on, no chairs would fit. Also, the ocean view was very very small. These two things were very disappointing since the room was advertised as having a balcony. Our room smelled heavily like marijuana when we first arrived, and the toilet had not been cleaned. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were at 98% capacity, and there were no comparable rooms. So the value for what we paid...
