We enjoyed the pool, the view and the beach! We did not enjoy the loud, arguing, obnoxious people who played their music way too loud in the unit above us! They had the a security guard visit them and the local police.

Lovely oceanfront condo with beautiful clean pool. Cant remember the security guards name but she was so nice and friendly to talk story with.

Property was very good. Def worth the price. Dont expect a Four Seasons Hotel or a Marriott. Its a nice area.. close to the food and shopping, and you def get your moneys worth staying here.

There was no support staff.. Office closed. I had to call the emergency number. Someone answered who helped me but was not very nice about it... Gave me the wrong access code to door by mistake. I had to call back twice. Got in the condo. There was no hot water. The stove did not work, the fridge was dirty, stove was dirty. I checked out the next day 3 days early... Not very happy I was charged for the one night I stayed. Had to take a cold shower. Will never go back.

It was sufficiently clean but everything was dated. Caulking in the shower and kitchen were starting to separate. Coffee maker, hair dryer, bedroom closet door did not work. Refrigerator was very clean and nice. The location close to Kaunakakai and various eating and shopping spots is great. The grounds and proximity to the beach are also very nice.

I liked how I was contacted prior to checking in about the cleaning fees. Also liked the checking in process. Because of work and my short stay I couldn’t enjoy the property but I remembered from previous stay. Would love the ability to have a later check out at 11 instead of 10

The condo was in a great location to get around the island. The grounds and pool were well taken care of. The breeze kept the room cool so we didn't miss the a/c. However, the bedroom did not have curtains. The windows were frosty so you couldn't see in, but at night the lights shined in bright. At night and in the morning the roosters crowed to each other. Also, we had a few roaches we had to kill by spraying the unit.

I arrived at night and didn’t realize there wasn’t a front desk. My phone had no signal, so I couldn’t make a call. A guy who lived there was outside and let me borrow his phone, so I was then able to call and get instructions. There was apparently a key box, and they gave me the code. However, I couldn’t figure out how to open the key box, so I went back to that same guy, and, between the two of us, we figured it out. It was very frustrating getting inside, but once I did, I really liked the accommodations. It also took me a few days to acclimate with no air conditioning, as the place was hot for a couple of days getting aired out. Very pretty place though and a great location!

The office is not good at communicating with their customers. The close before the stated office hours, they do not return phone calls and do not follow through on their commitments. The office called me because they claimed expedia did not charge extra fees, even though I was charged more than the rate of the room for cleaning. I relented amd let them charge me an additional fee, as I was already on my island hopping trip and would be unable to book anything so last minute. The office associate verified my email address on file and told me that I would receive a receipt. That was 2 weeks ago. Unresponsive and unreliable describes this hotel and its office workers.

This place is great and the best affordable place to stay on Molokai. Full kitchen with microwave,s stove and oven. Nice balcony. The only complaint, that I'm not sure can be that controlled, were flies in the drains and we saw maybe 2 or 3 cockroaches. Which with being on a tropical island is the best outcome. Beds, couch, dishes, fridge and freezer all super clean. Only thing that could have made it better would be air-conditioning!

Location, grounds, pool, oceanside great and maintained. Room not so much. Dirty. Unwashed dishes, cabinets, counters, walls and appliances. So many random kitchen items, needs to be simplified so the poor housekeeper can check them. Long time since the floors were washed, especially to the corners. Bare feet my feet were black. Bed quilt had matted hair on it. Matched ones left on the floors. Very outdated decore so dusty its literally falling off of its display. Livingroom TV warped and does not work. Remote broken. Patio furniture rusty with feet missing so uneven. Complicated check in x2 in 2 different places that are on island time hours. On site office payment is for pool code, laundry code - (pay laundry and all soap and change machines out of order.) parking pass.? Site says free parking. 'Resort' boasts rules++ including quiet time. We were woken all 3 nights with parties, loud talking people on decks and stairs. Someone unlocked our screen door locks x2 while we were out for the day. No answers from staff. This is not a resort but owner occupied with many as personal homes, so felt like an intruder at times on property and also residents early departure to work with loud talking and doors slamming? outside quiet hours. Castle resorts waved the cleaning fee after viewing pictures and did offer a room change. The onsite office waved the fee after I questioned 3 times what it was for. Sad for $$ paid

Dated, not clean throughout.  Be aware there is no air conditioning so the doors and windows must open and the screens on doors and windows did not fully close so bugs, etc could get in.  The pool and bbq area was fine.

The room and property was nice but could be cleaner. Overall, the staff was nice and friendly but communication for additional fees, such as cleaning amount did not match what reflected on Expedia, the hotel could do better to email tenants prior to arriving just confirming the exact amounts so what to expect is clearer. The stay was good. No complaints of the room. However, the spa was not hot.
