"My initial thought on walking into the lobby was that it smelled bad. I believe it was from the pool, which made me not want to use that amenity. Our room was on the 6th floor but we had to go to a different floor to get ice, which we were told, after we asked, that most of the ice machines were not in operation. We did get a table in the restaurant, even though we had to wait until 9pm to get in. Our waitress was great and the view spectacular."

"Loved the entryway with the water fountain. It was a long walk to the elevator for guests, however, everything was very clean. Our room was great. We arrived late and were quite weary from travel. A welcoming smile from the person working the desk would have been helpful or even some direction about parking or how to find elevators. Parking was limited as it seemed to be a busy evening. "Let me start with the GOOD!! First, the location was fantastic! It was just a couple minutes' walk from everywhere we wanted to visit this trip. The price was wonderful compared to others in area. Lastly...the staff was very good with a few being absolutely exceptional. Those would be Jonathan, who was working the check in area when we arrived!
