"The Hyatt in Bethlehem PA gets a high five for every step of the way. The staff at reception were friendly, the room was great. The included breakfast offered a good mix of options, and I took advantage of the gym and pool as well. All good.

"This trip was one of the best experiences for me and my girlfriend, and overall everything was positive.
Our stay coincided with a severe winter storm that caused power outages in parts of Allentown, including the hotel. The outage created major disruptions — key cards malfunctioned, heating systems failed, phones were down, and essential services stopped working. Despite the chaos and obvious pressure, the staff performed admirably. I would especially like to recognize the manager Ms. Kim ,...

"The checkin was friendly. I provided so many emails to check my mbrshp. It was received with patience and a smile. The received with patience and a smile. The room was clean and bathroom stocked. It was so quiet. This location is set back from the road i didnt hear any traffic. The pool room was warm. I didnt enjoy the pool, but others were. I recommend this site. "
