"When I arrived late at night, the desk staff gave me a key as usual. One elevator was clearly stuck and there was a crowd so I waited 10 minutes to get to my room only to find it would not open. After trying for 5 minutes (checking my key worked on another door, throwing my body weight into the door twice, messing with the handle), I go back downstairs and there's no one at the desk. I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return, and they tell me the particular room they assigned me...

"Absolute amazing experience! Had a test at a nearby medical center and stayed here overnight to recover. Everything was perfect… food, hospitality, location, safety, value, and customer service. Cannot recommend this place enough!!"

"Super convenient location for our downtown activites. Underground parking was great, but a little pricey ($40/day). It did have in and out privileges. The room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were very helpful when we came into the lobby soaking wet after getting caught in a downpour at the Indians baseball game. She saw how dripping wet we were, got towels and a plastic bag to take home our wet clothes. Thanks so much"

"This is an exceptional hotel that is more than worth the money. The food was excellent and was a part of the room stay. We had a supper buffet and breakfast buffet. It wasn’t just donuts. It was a full buffet for both. The rooms were exceptionally clean. They smelled fresh. The staff was welcoming and checked on us. It was just a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay again.
