"Suite guest, water on our floor didn’t work. Rose petals and ballon trash left over from previous guests. No one was present up front for check in at 1030pm, when someone walked out they looked at us and continued to walk away. The hotel allows kids to stay, but all the restaurants are inside the casino and they cannot go in. Made it difficult to enjoy the property with an adult needing to stay behind at all times. "At one point in our visit, I walked around in white socks due to my shoes getting wet in the rain. I had no dirt on my socks when I looked at them later. The entire hotel was spotless!! There was someone cleaning each time I stepped out of the room. At one point, we passed a young man sitting in the floor cleaning the baseboards in the hallway! "The staff was really nice. I needed more towels and they didn't have any towels left to give me. So I went to the dollar store to buy my own towels. It was after hours but I thought they wash and dry towels at some point. But I guess not. My room AC had mildew across the entire unit. They opted to clean it. I was fine with that for my stay. I did additional cleaning to the room. I was only given one room of toilet paper. That was a bummer. Because the towel situation i didn't even ask...
