"Not only was our room incredible, but the entire staff, the on-site restaurant, and the charming little gift shop were all wonderful. We stayed in the "HOKULANI" room. "I did not realise that we were staying in a plantation village, with multiple accommodation. I had made a request for two beds and, as it was a slow time of year, we got two bedrooms. Pahala is a very cute town (and currently the only one with a grocery store as the one in Naalehu was no longer as at 28 Jan 25). The people were also really friendly. "No parecía una casa funcional. La habitación de abajo queda muy separada y no tiene baño lo que la hace incómoda. Una sala con TV grande totalmente separada de la cocina comedor que no tiene tv. La casa es rara, muchos recovecos, grande pero no funcional. Provee solo 2 sillas para playa cuando éramos 5. Tampoco tiene bbq grill. Nos pareció cara por lo que realmente es."

"The cottage was fantastic. Had all the amenities. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a view of a golf course, but easy driving distance to the Volcanoes National Park and the town of Volcano. We were very busy seeing the various attractions of the island, such as waterfalls, the black sand beach and South Point, and hiking in the National Park. We wished we could have spent more time at the cottage. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. "
