"Called hotel and asked what time the shuttle would be by terminal and was told 9. I was there from 8:35 until 9:40. No shuttle from that hotel ever went. Ended up getting an uber. "

"Always a pleasure staying here - the location and proximity to the L makes getting anywhere in the city very easy. The deposit structure is the only negative. $50 PER NIGHT - on a previous stay we were there for 10 and had a $500 deposit which is excessive. "
