"Location was very good. They had everything we needed like shampoo, body wash towels. They even had a refrigerator and other essentials like free ice and free parking. Staff was amazing very helpful and informative and made sure that my experience was great. I will definitely be coming back here for future trips"

"My first room was somewhat clean, the table was dirty and had stains and was heavily chipped. I didn’t report it since I was there just for the night. The second room after my cruise coming out of San Pedro Port; they assigned me a room that wasn’t clean at all. The sheets were dirty and pulled out and there was food in the room. The front desk staff blamed it on the system and I just didn’t say anything because how exhausted I was at the time. They assigned us the room next to the original one...

"The main hotel lobby is stunning and very radiant but once you get to the elevators they look outdated and the hallways to your room look even more outdated just a plain red carpet and white walls. The suite room is very spacious but the only down fall the restroom/shower is very big out dated. You can see how everything is wearing down and the restroom needs more amenities. "The facility looked really old. In the room, the wall paper was peeling and the carpet looked so well worn; not necessarily dirty but also not clean so I decided to not take my crocs off the whole time in there.
