"This was the worst hotel experience of my entire two-week trip across California. After driving for hours, I arrived around 11 PM exhausted and just wanting to check in and get some sleep. "We stayed on a Friday night for a concert at the Greek. I would stay here again. We especially loved the happy hour menu at the The Edmon Bar and Kitchen. The staff was super nice and the food and drinks were fantastic. The room was very clean and we slept great. "

"Valet waits until you get out of your car and come to their booth. Front desk said no to 11:30 checkout."

"Staff at time of checkin is very unhelpful. I checked in in the evening and needed to use the business center to print important paperwork. Printer was out of ink. Guy at front desk shrugged his shoulders and said tough luck. If you need to park they charge about 20 dollars extra and have parking tool bags making sure to ticket you otherwise. I would avoid this place at all cost next time."
