"Staff was friendly. Any messes in common areas were cleaned up quickly. The pool/waterpark area alone made it worth the price. We didn’t use the arcade but it looked nice. Pizza from the restaurant was good. Only complaints, shower water pressure was very weak & the vent covers were rusted and dusty."

"The hotel was overbooked and of course was not very helpful due to our booking being through Expedia instead of directly though them. My wife and I weren’t able to find a new hotel until 3am. Terrible experience overall!"

"Great location for Universal, and everything is nearby"

"For the small amount of time we were there it was great. Maybe to check in earlier would be my only thing I can think of."

"Comfy bed nice room but no coffee making facilities in the room and downstairs had no teabags the night we were there or the morning we left, we did ask behind the desk and he kindly offered us one of his own ginger lemon bags. Left our car there to go away for 4 nights and got the handy shuttle both ways which saved a lot of time and money."

"Clean and large rooms, AC could use some updating it turned on and off very loudly at night. Free breakfast was good needed to be monitored more refills of different dishes took a little while."
