"I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. It’s close proximity to the theme parks and the shuttles help. The only con is that you can hear persons footsteps (running, jumping, playing) through the walls. It interrupts sleep if you’re a light sleeper."

"Ideal for a place to stay close to airport for early flight. We checked in a few hours early but did arrive much earlier but they held our bags while we caught the bus to Florida mall. Room was spacious and the shuttle to airport which runs 24/7 was convenient. We caught it at 4am and was easy to use! Not much in the area but we were able to walk to Denny’s and get dinner!"

"Love staying here. But I will say they could maintain the pool and surrounding areas much better. Dirty scum around the pool wall. That isn’t cleaned frequently, should be scrubbed on a daily basis. Also I feel it needs an upgrade since Ive stayed 4 times on this property. Mattresses and rooms as well as outdoor cushions all need to be replaced. Still love this Hotel and the WinterGarden/Bay Lake Area and will always return."
